We desire to minimize the total cost of operation of our fleet and deliver to the customer an experience which would reinforce our long-term relationship. Our approach is to assign a support team of service engineers and technicians to each major fleet project site. Team KPI is to plan and maximize the machine uptime. It is achieved with a carefully monitored preventive maintenance programme for the fleet; coordinating parts availability; arranging Operators training. We work closely with the Customer’s site operations team, understand their needs and offer real flexibility in delivering support. We are equipped to offer 24×7 support wherever the customer operations require so.
People are highly competent and have the desired expertise. We continually nurture their knowledge and skills in our in-house training centre and strive to achieve customer service excellence. Each of the D&H team members works with a passion that makes us our customer’s preferred choice.
